Description

Manage and coordinate specialized quality activities or moderate-sized quality teams.

Develop, implement, and maintain advanced quality assurance and control procedures.

Ensure all project works adhere to client specifications, international standards, and company quality policies.

Lead quality audits, inspections, and performance evaluations to ensure compliance.

Provide technical guidance and support to site teams, contractors, and consultants.

Prepare quality documentation, reports, and records in accordance with ISO 1 and project requirements.

Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Support project management in achieving key quality objectives and deliverables.

Desired Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

Minimum years of total experience in construction projects.

Minimum years of relevant experience in major infrastructure or civil works.

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Quality functions within large projects.

Excellent communication skills (English – written and spoken).

IRCA ISO 1 Lead Auditor Certification or equivalent qualification.

Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple quality functions and teams effectively.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to achieving high-quality project outcomes.

Should have own Transport.

Valid QID.
