Job descriptionBachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum years of total experience in construction projects. Minimum years of relevant experience in major infrastructure or civil works. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Quality functions within large projects. Excellent communication skills (English – written and spoken). IRCA ISO 1 Lead Auditor Certification or equivalent qualification. Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple quality functions and teams effectively. Detail-oriented with a commitment to achieving high-quality project outcomes. Should have own Transport. Valid QID.

Description
- Manage and coordinate specialized quality activities or moderate-sized quality teams.
- Develop, implement, and maintain advanced quality assurance and control procedures.
- Ensure all project works adhere to client specifications, international standards, and company quality policies.
- Lead quality audits, inspections, and performance evaluations to ensure compliance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to site teams, contractors, and consultants.
- Prepare quality documentation, reports, and records in accordance with ISO 1 and project requirements.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Support project management in achieving key quality objectives and deliverables.
