Description

Architect / Interior Designer

Responsibilities

Creating concept design from scratch. (Themes, color schemes, materials, etc) as well as creating all documents needed for its representation and understanding from a 3rd party. (Sketches, Mood board, Materials samples boards, etc). Indesign / Photoshop
Issuing design development drawing and execution drawings. CAD
Communicating with clients and landlords. Getting their feedback and being able to interpret them into a design.
Getting approvals from clients / malls / any other entity related.
Site supervision of the project. (making sure that the design is being implemented correctly)
Developing a Bill of quantities
Ensuring all stakeholders are continuously updated
Developing a procurement and work schedule for the projects

Requirements

Excellent knowledge of English

Knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator or Indesign
