Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Senior Designer / Architect located in Doha. The Senior Designer / Architect will be responsible for leading the design process from concept through completion, coordinating with clients and stakeholders to ensure design objectives are met, and overseeing project management tasks including time and cost management. Additional responsibilities include preparing detailed architectural plans, supervising construction phases, ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards, and staying current with industry trends and materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in architectural design, creative design, and space planning
• Proficiency in project management, time management, and cost management
• Skills in interior design, furniture specification, and fit‑out and refurbishment projects
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety and compliance standards
• Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Experience in working across the retail, hospitality, and commercial sectors is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
