Overview

The Plant Supervisor (Finishing) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all finishing operations within the steel plant, including cutting, straightening, surface treatment, inspection, and packaging of steel products. The role ensures safe, efficient, and quality-driven production processes, while supervising a team of operators and maintaining compliance with company standards, customer specifications, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management

Supervise day-to-day finishing operations including cutting, grinding, polishing, coating, and packaging.

Lead, train, and supervise finishing line operators, technicians, and support staff.

Ensure finished products meet required quality specifications and customer requirements.

Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and efficiency improvements.
