Description

Maintain accurate financial records across all business lines.

Prepare financial statements and periodic reports.

Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements.

Manage accounts payable / receivable.

Prepare and monitor budgets.

Prepare tax filings and ensure compliance.

Develop financial policies.

Conduct internal audits.

Manage cash flow forecasts.

Collaborate cross-functionally.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

Stay updated on accounting standards and tax laws.

Develop financial systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Real Estate / Hotels Experience

5+ years of experience.

Strong GAAP / IFRS knowledge.

Advanced analytical skills.

Proficiency in ERP systems.
