mselect is looking to hire a Senior System Engineer (Development) – Power Platform Solution Developer for a oil and gas operator in Doha, Qatar . Candidates must have a minimum of 9 years of progressive and directly related experience. Fluency in English is a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project life cycle, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of projects
• Possess a deep understanding of procurement processes, enabling effective management of vendors and facilitating the acquisition of necessary resources
• Conduct comprehensive technical and commercial evaluations of bids received, allowing for informed decision-making during the selection process
• Reviews analyzes and evaluates user requirements, and prepares feasibility / business case reports and technical requirements documents to make sure that IT projects are delivered according to business needs and approved budget
• Identify user requirements, create scope of work, draft functional requirements, Design, implement, and deploy IT business solutions
• identifying and managing risks associated with a project This includes the ability to develop risk mitigation strategies
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress and any changes
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of IT concepts and technologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Implementing diverse corporate solutions to meet specific business needs
• Applying Agile methodology to enhance project flexibility and responsiveness to evolving requirements
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams of technical and non-technical staff
