• Define project scope , objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, strategy , and other internal departments to ensure alignment and feasibility of project solutions.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues , ensuring proactive resolution.
• Provide regular updates , reporting, and presentations to stakeholders and senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management and business analysis practices.
