Teller-ITM (Qatari Nationals only)

The incumbent will be responsible for processing the financial transactions of DB customers through the ITM (Interactive Teller Machine). The incumbent will deliver banking services and handle related operations, including but not limited to processing cash and cheque transactions, customer deposits, savings account transactions, remittance, loan transactions, account inquiries, resolution of concerns, and daily balancing, in compliance with established policies and procedures.

Education

Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Banking and Finance, and / or Sales and Marketing from a recognized university.

Master’s degree in Management or any other related discipline.

Experience

5-8 years of total experience in the financial services / banking industry, with responsibilities related to the specific area of discipline.

Prior experience in cash handling, ITM operations, and customer service.
