Executive Chef - Ar-Ruwais, Contract Position We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Ar-Ruwais on a contract basis. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and leading a team of culinary professionals. Responsibilities
Plan and create innovative menu items that align with our restaurant's concept Source high-quality ingredients and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing Oversee kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating Train and develop kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus and special event menus Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Creativity in menu development and presentation Excellent time management skills to meet fast-paced demands of the kitchen Strong understanding of food cost control measures Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus) Salary : $1600 per month
