We are hiring an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, a vibrant city with a strong Indian community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and innovative dishes, as well as strong leadership skills to manage and motivate our kitchen staff. The Executive Chef will be responsible for menu planning, food cost control, and maintaining high quality standards in food preparation and presentation. This is a seasonal job with the potential for extension based on performance.

Requirements : - At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel - Ability to create unique and appealing menus using fresh, seasonal ingredients - Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques - Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other departments - Biometric passport preferred for ease of travel between seasons - Must be able to start immediately

Salary : $900 per month, with potential for bonuses based on performance.
