Role Overview

We are seeking senior Shared Services professionals at the Consultant and Senior Consultant levels to provide strategic leadership, enterprise-wide advisory, and governance for centralized support functions. These roles focus on optimizing operations, reducing costs, driving digital transformation, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across HR, Finance, IT, and Administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on enterprise shared services operations and process optimization.
• Oversee HR, Finance, IT, and Administration service delivery at the organizational level.
• Advise on efficiency improvements, automation, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Represent shared services in executive leadership meetings and strategic projects.
