Job Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, water heaters, dishwashers, and other related equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with plumbing systems.
• Inspect drainage systems for clogs or leaks.
• Replace broken fixtures or piping as needed.
• Use hand tools such as wrenches and pipes cutters.
• Follow safety protocols when working with hazardous materials such as lead or asbestos.
• Follow local building codes when performing repairs or installations.
• Maintain records of service and repair work performed.
