Plumber

Overview

This position is based in Ireland. Installs, repairs, and maintains pipes, fittings, and fixtures involved in water distribution, drainage, and gas systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. Diagnoses issues, clears blockages, and ensures compliance with plumbing codes. Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain water supply, drainage, and heating systems. Cut, bend, and join pipes made of various materials (e.g., copper, PVC, PEX). Install fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, and appliances. Diagnose and clear blockages in drainage systems. Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure compliance with plumbing codes. Perform emergency repairs. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of an apprenticeship or vocational training in plumbing. Journeyman Plumber license (or equivalent certification as required by local regulations). Proven experience in plumbing installation and repair. Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and safety regulations. Proficiency with plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment. Problem-solving skills. Physical ability to work in various conditions (e.g., cramped spaces, outdoors). Valid driver's license. Benefits
