Job descriptionMaster’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field. Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or CFA are preferred. 8–12 years of experience in the telecommunications and ICT sectors , with a strong background in commercial management, pricing, financial modelling, and contract governance. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, Project Management). Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial, financial, and contractual aspects of large-scale telecommunications and ICT projects . The role is pivotal in driving commercial performance, ensuring profitability, and supporting strategic decision-making across major enterprise and government initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead commercial planning, analysis, and execution for high-value telecom and ICT projects.
- Oversee commercial evaluations, pricing models, and bid strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Review and negotiate commercial terms and conditions in coordination with legal, finance, and procurement teams.
- Prepare financial and commercial reports for mega projects, tracking revenue, costs, and risks.
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance, internal approval processes, and compliance frameworks.
- Support business case development, long-term planning, and strategic partnership decisions.
