Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial, financial, and contractual aspects of large-scale telecommunications and ICT projects . The role is pivotal in driving commercial performance, ensuring profitability, and supporting strategic decision-making across major enterprise and government initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead commercial planning, analysis, and execution for high-value telecom and ICT projects.
• Oversee commercial evaluations, pricing models, and bid strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Review and negotiate commercial terms and conditions in coordination with legal, finance, and procurement teams.
• Prepare financial and commercial reports for mega projects, tracking revenue, costs, and risks.
• Ensure adherence to corporate governance, internal approval processes, and compliance frameworks.
• Support business case development, long-term planning, and strategic partnership decisions.
