Technician Grade 2

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Technician Grade 2 will be directly reporting to the Workshop Manager / Service Manager.

KEY RESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE

• Follow safety guidelines as per company policy.
• Maintain work standards as per company policy and procedure.
• Read and understand customer concerns.
• Follow diagnosis procedure as per service manual.
• Prepare estimates based on diagnosis and company standards.
• Obtain approval based on diagnosis directly from supervisor.
• Maintain 5S activities.
