Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, including pumps, compressors, valves, piping, and rotating equipment.
- Lead and guide junior technicians in troubleshooting, repairing, and overhauling mechanical assemblies.
- Install, align, and commission new mechanical systems and equipment for fire and safety applications (e.g., fire pumps, sprinkler piping, hydrant systems).
- Conduct mechanical testing, inspection, and calibration of fire water and HVAC systems.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and determine corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Ensure adherence to safe working practices, lockout-tagout (LOTO), and company HSE policies.
- Prepare and maintain maintenance records, service reports, and spare parts usage logs in line with maintenance schedules.
Qualifications & Experience
