Commissioning Mechanical Lead

Overview

To assist and support the Commissioning Site Head coordinating the contractors’ activities linked to the Construction, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning of Well Head Platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Mechanical activities at Contractor’s yard during Construction, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning phases.
• Ensure proper coordination between package receiving inspection / equipment supports fabrication installation & pre-commissioning activities for mechanical item under subsystem basis until RFC is signed (ready for commissioning).
• Ensure proper coordination with sub-contractors and vendor involved during the execution stages.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards in close relation with the HSE and QA / QC Superintendent / Leads.
• Review the commissioning preparation by the contractor, such as but not limited to : ICAPS database population, procedures, RFC’s dossier preparation, OTP’s preparation.
• Supervise the Commissioning Supervisors Team during Onshore / Offshore phases.
