Administrative Coordinator Vacancy in Lusail, Qatar
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. The successful candidate will support our administrative team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the administrative team
- Maintain and update company files, records, and databases
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Assist in organizing company events and conferences
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Act as a liaison between different departments within the company
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements :
Fluent in English; knowledge of Filipino is a plusBiometric passport for visa processing (Filipino nationality preferred)Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role; experience in contract jobs is a plusExcellent communication and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionSalary : $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
