Administrative Coordinator
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing administrative operations, including scheduling appointments, managing emails and phone calls, and maintaining office supplies. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative operations and procedures
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for meetings
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees
- Manage expenses and process invoices
- Develop and maintain filing systems
- Monitor office budget and track expenses
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or similar roleExcellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Familiarity with basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practicesAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyAttention to detail with a high level of accuracyTime-management skillsBachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferredSalary : 1700$ per month
