Housekeeping Manager

Housekeeping Manager vacancy in Al-Rayyan Qatar As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the housekeeping operations in our luxury hotel located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. Your main role will be to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and clean stay by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service throughout the hotel.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of all areas in the hotel

Train, supervise and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operation

Conduct regular inspections to ensure all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained

Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders when necessary

Create work schedules for housekeeping staff based on occupancy levels

Oversee laundry operations to ensure timely delivery of clean linens to guest rooms

Handle guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping services

Maintain budgetary control by monitoring expenses for labor, supplies, and equipment

Collaborate with other departments such as front desk, maintenance, and food & beverage to provide exceptional guest experiences

Requirements

Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a luxury hotel setting

Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team

Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Malayalam is an advantage)

Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, techniques, products, and equipment

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Attention to detail with a strong focus on cleanliness

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

Salary : $900 per month
