Overview

As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the cleanliness and organization of our hotel in Umm-Said. You will lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standard. Your duties will include creating schedules for housekeeping staff, conducting regular inspections, providing training and guidance to new employees, and managing inventory of cleaning supplies. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Create schedules for housekeeping staff and manage daily operations to ensure timely cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Provide training and guidance to new employees and ongoing coaching to the team.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate with procurement as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
