Care n Cure Group is a diversified business conglomerate based in Qatar, founded in 2000 by a qualified pharmacist, Abdurahiman EP. Originating with a single retail pharmacy, Care n Cure now operates 60+ retail pharmacies with over 300 employees, serving the pharmaceutical needs of Qatar around the clock.

The Group has expanded into various sectors, including FMCG Trading, Agency Distribution, ICT, Surveillance & Security Systems, and Automobile Filters, Hydraulics and Pneumatics across the Middle East and India.

Role Description

The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets, and building long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacies, and hospitals. The role requires maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, executing field visits effectively, and contributing to the overall growth of the company’s pharmaceutical sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Promote assigned pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
Conduct regular field visits to develop strong customer relationships.
Deliver product presentations and respond to customer inquiries.

Market Development

Expand customer base by identifying new doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies to engage.

Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.

Suggest marketing and promotional activities to improve product visibility.

Product Knowledge & Training

Maintain thorough and updated knowledge of product benefits, features, and therapeutic areas.

Ensure compliance with ethical standards of medical promotion.

Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge and sales skills.

Reporting & Documentation

Submit daily call reports and maintain records of field visits.

Report sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the Area Sales Manager.

Ensure timely submission of expense reports and other required documentation.

Qualifications

Requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in pharmaceutical science education.

1-3 years’ experience in the same field in GCC

Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Computer Knowledge of MS Office & ERP system

Valid Qatari Driving License is mandatory

Valid Qatar ID with transferable visa.
