Overview

Chef job vacancy in Doha, Qatar. We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate must have a passion for providing top-notch cuisine and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assume responsibility for the daily operations of the kitchen
  • Menu planning and development
  • Ordering ingredients and managing inventory
  • Monitoring food quality and presentation
  • Ensuring health & safety regulations are followed
  • Supervising and coordinating kitchen staff
  • Problem-solving and effective communication within the team

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of international cuisine and experience preparing high-quality recipes from scratch
  • Familiarity with the latest food trends and techniques, including sous vide cooking and healthy eating options
