Purpose of the position Interface Coordinator (Project Management Engineer)
Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and controlling the execution of the project in accordance with Client requirements and objectives, within time and cost constraints and observing HSE and Quality procedures and practices.
Support the Project Manager in coordinating specific technical and management topics : project interface management, contractual document issue and review, project activities planning, data analysis and reporting preparation, subcontractor and supplier management, Project Record Books preparation, spare parts management, certifications collection, supplier payments, etc.
During the Bidding Phase : analyse tender and contractual documents, prepare Project Execution Plan and Organization Charts, estimate costs for external services, prepare Project Mobilization Plan.
During the Project Execution Phase : manage reporting to the PM for specific activities, assist in project activity planning, define resource allocation and man‑hour estimates for the Project Mobilization Plan, coordinate internal or external topics related to procurement, construction, commissioning, etc.
Prepare and manage Project External Interfaces Management Procedure, Project Risk Management Plan, Project Spare Parts Procedure, Project Record Books Procedure, Vendor Assistance on Site Procedure, Project Guarantee Claims Management Procedure with vendors and client, Project Back Charge Procedure.
Assist in managing change orders and claims and support dispute resolution activities; support continuous monitoring of critical supplies.
Qualifications
Education :
Engineering background.
Experience : 10 years.
Languages : English is a must.
IT Skills :
Professional knowledge of MS Office.
