Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cisco Collaboration Engineer (Level-2) to join our team in Kuwait . The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Cisco Unified Collaboration solutions to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Cisco Collaboration Suite :
• CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager)
• Cisco Unity Connection
• Cisco Jabber & Webex
• Cisco Expressway
• Manage and troubleshoot SIP trunks, dial plans, and voice gateways.
• Provide Level-2 support for voice and video collaboration solutions.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and migration activities.
• Configure QoS policies for VoIP and video traffic.
• Integrate Cisco UC solutions with third-party applications and endpoints.
• Work closely with network and security teams for deployment and troubleshooting.
