Responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational management of all facility services across government buildings, ensuring optimal functionality, safety, and efficiency in alignment with public sector standards.
Lead the planning and execution of facility operations and maintenance programs.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure service quality.
Develop and implement sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
Monitor compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and manage operational budgets and reporting.
Skills
Minimum 20+ years of experience in facilities management including at least 3 years of experience in a governmental role within the State of Qatar.
Proven leadership in managing large-scale facility operations and vendor contracts.
Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is a must.
