Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive facilities plans to optimize space utilization considering future growth and changing business needs.
  • Conduct regular assessments of facilities to identify maintenance requirements and potential areas for improvement.
  • Oversee and manage contractors and vendors involved in facilities projects ensuring quality of work and adherence to timelines.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of facilities assets maintenance schedules and project documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations related to facilities management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in planning and scheduling Soft Services activities.
  • Strong understanding of facilities management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
