Product Demonstrator / Conference Assistant Aeontech is building Aeons, an accessible, interactive history learning tool designed to make education engaging for all children—regardless of location or learning needs. Our goal is to transform how young minds explore the past through a visual, experience‑led approach to self‑directed discovery.

Role Description

We are attending Web Summit Qatar in February 2026. We are seeking a professional, bilingual (English and Arabic) product representative to join our team for the event and be able to provide booth support.

You will help welcome visitors, demonstrate our product, answer product queries, and ensure our booth is well‑managed at all times.

This is a great opportunity for someone early to mid‑career who is confident, articulate, and enjoys working in fast‑paced event environments.

Key Responsibilities

Learn about our product and deliver clear, friendly demonstrations to visitors.

Welcome attendees and communicate Aeons’ mission and core features.

Record feedback and interactions.

Generate and follow up on interest to secure meetings.

Represent Aeontech at the booth when team members are in side meetings or at talks.

Attend 1–2 remote preparation sessions to learn the product and event plan.

Who We’re Looking For

Native‑level Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Based in Doha and with exclusive availability for the full event (1–4 February).

Confident communicator comfortable speaking with a wide range of attendees.

Experience in lead generation roles (events, education sales, software sales, etc.).

Able to quickly learn and present a software product.

Reliable, organised, and professional in appearance and conduct.

Remuneration

Commission on successful sales leads or funding introductions (negotiable).
