Overview Of The Role :
The Sales Assistant is primarily responsible for driving sales and delivering a positive customer experience. This includes maintaining a clean and organized store environment, meeting visual presentation standards, and performing operational duties as assigned by store management. The role demands dynamic customer engagement, informed product provision, and effective sales techniques to enhance store sales and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do :
Store Environment Management
Maintain store standards and cleanliness to create a clean and organized environment.
Ensure visual presentation standards are met to make a positive first impression.
Adhere to dress code and maintain an energetic attitude to greet customers upon entering.
Customer Service
Provide customers with current and relevant product information.
Deliver quality service in fitting rooms and follow up with customers promptly.
Thank all customers sincerely as they exit the store and invite them back.
Sales and Operations
Generate sales by providing efficient service at the cash wrap.
Offer gift cards and maintain cash wrap cleanliness.
Capture customer information in the database and attempt to add on to the sale.
Required Skills To Be Successful :
Proficient in customer service and sales generation.
Knowledge of store operations and standards maintenance.
Ability to communicate product information clearly to customers.
Competence in using computer-aided design (CAD) for visual merchandising.
What Qualifies You For The Role :
High School Degree.
1‑2 years of retail sales experience.
