Role Overview We are seeking talented ICT professionals to join our team at both mid and senior levels. The role involves managing IT infrastructure, systems, and digital services to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient technology operations. You will maintain hardware and software, ensure data protection, support digital transformation initiatives, and provide technical support across the organization.

Responsibilities

For All Levels : Manage and maintain IT hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

For All Levels : Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect organizational data.

For All Levels : Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end-users.

For All Levels : Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and best practices.

For All Levels : Support and contribute to digital transformation projects.

Senior Level : Lead planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives.

Senior Level : Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and frameworks.

Senior Level : Conduct risk assessments and implement disaster recovery strategies.

Senior Level : Mentor and guide junior ICT team members.

Senior Level : Recommend and implement new technologies to enhance IT capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Mid-Level Analyst / Specialist : 5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems management.

Senior Analyst / Specialist : 8–10 years of progressive experience, including leadership or project management responsibilities.

Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and cybersecurity practices.

Proficiency in IT support, troubleshooting, and service management tools.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and emerging digital technologies.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

For Senior Level : Leadership ability, project management expertise, and strategic thinking.

Preferred Certifications

ITIL, CCNA, CISSP, Microsoft, or equivalent certifications are an advantage.
