Mandarin Oriental, Doha is seeking a Hygiene & Security Coordinator to join our team. You will oversee cleanliness and sanitation to ensure a safe and healthy environment, implementing food safety & hygiene standards and addressing issues promptly. The role reports to the Assistant Director of Hygiene.

About the Job

Based at Mandarin Oriental, Doha within the Admin & General Department, you will support the Assistant Director of Hygiene in developing and enforcing hygiene policies and procedures, conducting inspections, maintaining HACCP / ISO standards, and ensuring compliance with Food Safety & Hygiene regulations across all F&B areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Director of Hygiene in developing and implementing hygiene policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with Food Safety & Hygiene standards in all F&B areas and report findings.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes related to hygiene and sanitation.
• Assist the Assistant Director with handling Food Safety & Hygiene matters hotel‑wide.
• Maintain HACCP / ISO, Food Safety related standards.
• Ensure food handlers adhere to good food and personal hygiene practices.
• Conduct internal Food Hygiene Audits in all Food & Beverage areas and report findings.
• Develop, implement, review and update food safety management system procedures in accordance with local regulations and international standards.
