Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with underwriting policies and regulatory standards.
• Supervise documentation filing systems and follow-up mechanisms with partners.
• Oversee post-underwriting processes client communication and agreement preparation.
• Lead customer relationship and grievance resolution initiatives.
• Manage enrolment processes data entry card printing and dispatch.
• Coordinate with external entities such as insurance companies and vendors.
• Mentor and develop the underwriting team for continuous growth and performance improvement.
