We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and bilingual professional to join our team as an E-Commerce & Customer Service Officer.
This role is pivotal in driving our online sales performance while delivering exceptional customer support to our diverse.
The ideal candidate is fluent in Arabic and English, possesses strong analytical capabilities, particularly in Excel.
Key Responsibilities E-Commerce Support :
Monitor, analyze, and report on e-commerce performance metrics using advanced Excel and data analysis techniques.
Support inventory tracking, and order fulfillment processes.
Customer Service Excellence :
Serve as the primary point of contact for Arabic-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone.
Resolve inquiries, complaints, and order-related issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications & Skills Essential
Fluent in Arabic with exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP and formula-based analysis.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer-first mindset.
High attention to detail, problem-solving aptitude, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred (but not required)
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
Experience using CRM or helpdesk software.
Basic understanding of digital marketing or SEO principles.
