Who Are We As part of the Delivery Hero Network Talabat is the pioneer of the online food ordering industry in the Middle East Our operations span across Kuwait Egypt KSA Bahrain Oman Qatar Jordan and United Arab Emirates With more than 1 500 employees 4 million users 15 000 brands and 400 000 daily orders we are just getting started Coordinating with the management of any matter accident at the Ministry of Interior police related General Department of Traffic to drivers and attending on behalf of the company Process all relevant tasks related to customs airport and other bodies Assist departments in resolving any issues related to company vehicle registration and renewal Arrange processing attestation of any related documents Assisting in renewing official documents of the company e g trade license chamber of commerce CR import license municipality license etc Assisting in carrying out procedures for adding new activities to the entitys CR Assisting in carrying out procedures of issuing new branch licenses CR for new locations and obtaining all necessary approvals licenses training Assisting in carrying out the procedures of adding removing directors on the companys legal documents Issuing health certificates for all staff required to hold the same Attesting documents before the ministries and embassies whenever required Delivering any correspondence to the different stakeholders whether governmental agencies or private sector Maintain and build good relationships with several ministries to create a positive image of the company and boost company interests Be up to date concerning any changes or amendments to the prevailing laws rules regulations changes in forms formats and other procedures and keep the Government Relations Department advised of such changes Executes the amendment transaction via the official website of the related authority and follows up with their reviews requirements to ensure the amendment transaction is accomplished Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the Supervisor performing miscellaneous jobrelated duties as assigned Handling the customer complaints filed at the Consumer Protection Authority attending before the authority to discuss and provide the needed support to close the complaint amicably
