Waiter / Waitress

On behalf of our client Premium Solutions Consultancy is on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated Waiters / Waitresses to join our team. You will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our guests while creating an enjoyable dining experience. This position is based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and requires a commitment to excellence, professionalism, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Benchmarks and standards :

Candidates need to be presentable (not overweight, no teeth issues, etc.) with strong English communication skills.

Our benchmarks are high-end 5-star hotels and fine dining restaurants.

Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about menu items.

Take accurate food and drink orders from customers.

Ensure efficient and timely service of food and beverages.

Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals and service.

Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.

Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Previous experience as a waiter / waitress in a high-end establishment is preferred.

Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
