Overview Entry Level Waiter for African Graduates in Umm-Said, Qatar

Our restaurant in Umm-Said, Qatar is seeking enthusiastic and hard-working individuals to join our team as Entry Level Waiters. This opportunity is specifically open to African graduates who are looking to kickstart their career in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner

Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly

Serve food and beverages to customers with attention to detail and presentation

Monitor tables and ensure timely clearing of dishes

Assist with setting up tables and maintaining a clean dining area

Handle customer inquiries and concerns, escalating to management when necessary

Requirements

Must be of African nationality or have a strong preference to work with Africans

No prior experience required, training will be provided

Must be able to communicate effectively in English

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Must have excellent customer service skills

Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
