prestigious family-owned group based in Doha, Qatar , with diversified industries. As part of their continued development, they are seeking a high-caliber legal professional to join their leadership team through the following role : Position : Legal Advisor

Provide strategic legal guidance

across the group to ensure compliance with Qatari laws, regulations, and internal governance frameworks.

Draft, review, and negotiate

a wide range of commercial, real estate, IP, franchise, and JV contracts.

Establish legal standards

and authority matrices to streamline legal operations and manage group-wide risk.

Manage legal relations

with external law firms, regulatory bodies, and key government entities.

Monitor legal and regulatory changes , and proactively advise leadership on risk mitigation and operational impact.

Support group-level activities

including mergers, acquisitions, and corporate structuring.

Handle dispute resolution

in coordination with internal departments and litigation partners.

Develop training programs

for internal teams to ensure legal awareness and compliance.

Maintain proper legal records

and reporting systems across all group entities.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s or certifications in commercial law, compliance, or governance is a plus)

8–10 years

of legal experience within a corporate or group structure

supporting multiple business units and senior leadership

(GCC experience)

Strong knowledge of

contract law, governance, licensing, and regulatory frameworks

Ability to work across departments and advise senior management with clarity and confidence

Fluent in

Arabic and English

(both written and verbal)
