Legal Advisor

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts and agreements, including Lease Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, Construction Agreements, Retail Agreements, Supply and Installation Agreements, Facility Management Agreements, NDAs, MOUs, LOIs, and more.
• Draft templates and boilerplate documents to streamline the contract drafting process.
• Collaborate with the direct manager to develop and monitor company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
• Monitor the implementation of operational processes and procedures to ensure the company’s adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Conduct regular compliance assessments and generate reports to assess the company’s adherence to legal and ethical standards.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on general corporate matters to raise staff awareness of legal requirements.
• Provide compliance advice in relation to applicable laws and regulations, assessing their potential impact on the organization.
• Perform legal risk assessments and due diligence processes for counterparties in various business transactions.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive legal and compliance databases.
