Responsibilities Collect process and analyze laboratory specimens Perform diagnostic tests accurately and efficiently Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure quality control Record and report test results to physicians Adhere to safety protocols and laboratory standards Assist in inventory management of laboratory supplies Requirements Bachelor s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or Medical Laboratory Science Valid Qatar licensure or certification Prior experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Good communication and teamwork abilities
