المسمى الوظيفي :

محلل مالي (لتأمينات الممتلكات والمسؤوليات)

المؤهلات المطلوبة :

  • الشهادة : بكالوريوس في التمويل، المحاسبة، الاقتصاد، العلوم الاكتوارية أو مجال مشابه.
  • الخبرة : 3-5 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في التحليل المالي أو التخطيط، معخبرة سابقة في قطاع تأمينات الممتلكات والمسؤوليات (مطلوب).

المهارات التقنية :

  • فهم قوي للمصطلحات والبيانات المالية في قطاع التأمين والمفاهيم الأساسية لـ IFRS 17.
  • إتقان متقدم لبرنامج Excel (النمذجة، الجداول المحورية، Power Query).
  • معرفة قوية بأدوات Power BI.
  • مهارة في SQL أو أدوات مماثلة لمعالجة البيانات.

    • المهارات الشخصية :

  • مهارات اتصال وتقديم فعالة، مع القدرة على تحويل التحليل المالي إلى رؤى عمل واضحة للإدارة العليا.

    • المسؤوليات :

  • إعداد التقارير المالية للإدارة العليا مع التركيز على مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (مثل الأقساط، ومعدلات المطالبات، والربحية).
  • دعم تسعير المنتجات من خلال التعاون مع فرق التسعير والاكتوارية وإجراء النمذجة المالية.
  • تحليل بيانات المطالبات لتحديد الاتجاهات ومحركات التكلفة.
  • تقييم الأثر المالي لهياكل إعادة التأمين على النتائج والصافي والمركز المالي.
  • دعم التخطيط الاستراتيجي من خلال تحليل السيناريوهات وتقييم الجدوى المالية للمبادرات الجديدة.
  • التعاون مع الفرق الوظيفية المختلفة (الاكتوارية، الاكتتاب، المالية) لمواءمة التحليل مع استراتيجيات العمل.
  • تقديم تحليلات مالية حسب الطلب لتلبية احتياجات العمل المتغيرة.
