Key Responsibilities : Supervise and coordinate all production stages, from concept to completion Lead a team of skilled goldsmiths, carpenters, and craftsmen Collaborate with the design team to bring concepts to life Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to craftsmanship standards Train and mentor staff, manage inventory, and monitor production schedules Implement safety standards and seek ways to improve efficiency Requirements
