Production Engineer & Technician – Calcium Carbonate

Overview

We are looking for experienced and skilled Production Engineers and Technicians to join our Calcium Carbonate manufacturing plant in Doha, Qatar .

The selected candidates will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing production processes to ensure product quality, operational efficiency, and safety across the production line.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Calcium Carbonate production lines.
• Design and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Manage raw material handling, grinding, classification, coating, and packaging operations.
• Conduct laboratory tests (particle size, moisture, brightness).
• Collaborate with maintenance and lab teams to enhance performance and reduce downtime.
• Prepare technical and production reports, supporting continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot operational problems and implement corrective actions promptly.
