Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Team Leader to oversee the maintenance and operations of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems within residential compounds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Facilities Management , not construction, and will be responsible for leading a team of technicians to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise MEP technicians in daily operations, preventive maintenance, and reactive repairs across compound properties.
• Ensure all MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc.) are functioning efficiently and meet regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with FM management to plan and execute maintenance schedules and improvement projects.
• Monitor and report on team performance, work quality, and service delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex MEP issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and asset conditions.
• Ensure compliance with Qatari regulations and company policies related to health, safety, and environment (HSE).
• Liaise with residents and property management to address service requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Support procurement and inventory management of MEP-related materials and tools.
