Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead and manage IT application services for client requirements . The ideal candidate will oversee the entire application lifecycle , ensuring seamless operations, effective team leadership, vendor management, and compliance with security and performance standards. This role demands a strong techno‑functional background, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee client requirements , ensuring efficient service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing strategic IT solutions.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of IT applications , from planning and development to deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
• Ensure applications align with business goals and industry best practices.
• Lead and manage a team of account managers, business analysts, and support staff .
• Foster a high-performance culture, ensuring team productivity and professional growth.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize application requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and development roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Client Techs product teams and external software vendors.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure application performance, timely updates, and seamless integration.
• Plan and manage the budget for application development, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Optimize costs while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to meet application performance and security standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with application development, maintenance, and deployment.
• Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations as required.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and efficiency of IT applications.
• Ensure applications comply with industry security standards and best practices .

Application Lifecycle Management

Work with security teams to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect data integrity .

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education : Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field .

Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management . Experience managing enterprise IT applications and large-scale IT projects. Expertise in vendor and stakeholder management . Knowledge of insurance domain (Life, Medical, and General Insurance) is highly preferred. Proficiency in ITSM tools, ITIL frameworks, and application monitoring tools .

Soft Skills : Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. Strategic thinking and decision‑making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) and ITIL Framework .

Familiarity with cloud‑based applications and DevOps methodologies .
