Prepare analysis of Lost Tenders

Prepare list of Prospective Projects

Prepare a tender of cost of all RM based on the data received from procurement & prepare a forecast of rates.

Prepare Estimated Bill of Quantity for Pre-Sales stage & additional works during ongoing projects

Keep up to date track of various projects by ensuring a centralized documentation process of all-important communications.
