Job descriptionShould know PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) standards Should know sheeting specifications and standards Design knowledge is added value Should Work closely with the Design Team and Project Team to make optimum estimate. Good Knowledge of Structural Steel Drawing and Bill of Material (BOM) Prepare analysis of Lost Tenders Prepare list of Prospective Projects Prepare a tender of cost of all RM based on the data received from procurement & prepare a forecast of rates. Prepare Estimated Bill of Quantity for Pre-Sales stage & additional works during ongoing projects Keep up to date track of various projects by ensuring a centralized documentation process of all-important communications. Local candidates with NOC is an advantage
