Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts through tele sales activities.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote products / services.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into successful sales.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions through daily reports.
- Collaborate with the line Manager & Channel manager to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Handle customer complaints or escalations professionally to maintain trust and loyalty.
Key Skills & Competencies :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.Ability to handle high call volumes and meet sales targets.Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.Good organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Should facilitate customer meetings, if needed only.Qualifications & Experience :
Proven experience in Tele sales, account management, or a similar role.Telecom, FMCG, or service industry experience is an advantage.Fluency in (language requirements – e.g., English, Hindi, Malayalam & Arabic will be a plus).Information
