Job descriptionBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 12 years of experience in HR and office administration. Good knowledge of Qatar labor law and visa procedures. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin Officer to handle office administration, visa processing, and legal documentation for the company.
Responsibilities :
- Manage daily HR and administrative operations.
- Handle employee visa, renewal, and legal documentation.
- Maintain personnel records and coordinate with PRO services.
- Support management in recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Oversee office supplies, logistics, and general administrative support.
